No Response in two weeks even after Hello Pete

I cannot believe that no one from Planet Fitness has contacted me!!! I have sent three emails on their website as they dont post contact details NOTHING!! I posted on Hello Peter the whole story and still nothing.

Service like this should be posted in the newspaper and this company CEO should seriously re-evaluate his service delivery strategy?
