FALSE INFORMATION - to get me to sign a contract

THIS IS A COMPLAINT!!!

So I joined at claremont last year and I was sold a contract by the sales manager!

I asked if I could gym at any club including the one opening in cbd and he said yes, this was the reason I joined because I work in town, so I go there this morning and they tell me I am not allowed to gym there as my membership does not allow, so i was let in for this time only. I am severely dissatisfied that I was to and manipulated into signing a contract under false and inaccurate information. This is not the first case of this that i have experienced!!! or heard of by planet fitness claremont
