I sold my contract in August for a transfer fee of R800. Then I was asked to pay the September subscription which was fine, I even did so. However what I did not agree to is continuing to pay for a gym membership I am no longer using, a debit order went through for October and the admin lady at the gym tells me I might not even get my money back. I only agreed to pay for September and that was it. What do I have to do? Close my account and go into hiding to escape Planet Fitness?
