Unfair suspension

On Friday the 30th Aug. While working out guy kicked my bag and bottle away from a machine I was about to use, I approached him kindly asking him why he kicked my bag, he responded in an offensive manner, I then called an and being a coloured myself in rage I called him a coloured, he then ran to the manager, who immediatly sided with him. After giving my side of the story and requesting her to look at the video footage.which she failed to do, then on the 5th Sept I was called in to receive a letter of suspension. But to my suprise the guy who initiated the trouble got off scott free. I feel the decision I unfair as the staff and almost most members at the club can vouch for my character. Kathryn did not manage the situation fairly as the guy is old and preferrence was given, as a member for more than two years I feel a better arrangement could have been made
