False Promises

I only recently discovered Hello Peter, so please forgive me if my complaint is old, as it STILL hasn't been resolved. I joined Planet Fitness on a R99 a month deal, 3 days later when I came in to sign, I was told by the sale consultant Marius from the Durbanville branch (who has since left the company) that if my wife joins whe will each only pay R69 a month fro the first 6 months. well needless to say, this didnt happen, when the first debit order came off of R198, I queried it to Marius, who said he will come back, and he never did, when it came off for the 3rd month in a row, I got hold of the Sales Manager, Morne who said he is going into a meeting, and that I'm not the first complaint about Marius and would get back to me shortly. That was 06/06/2011 and still no response. All other queries I've had, I've been told i can cancel but then would have to pay the balance up front, almost as if this is my problem! I cant wait till my contract is over... I hate Planet Fitness and ther!
