NO RESPONSE BACK

I phoned Pentanet twice in one week to order their TRX suspension training kit. Each time they told me that no sales people were available, and they took my details and told me they would phone me back as soon as someone returned to the office. But NO RESPONSE.

Then I phoned them AGAIN, and atlast spoke to someone in sales which was very friendly, he took my email and told me he will send me the details immediately, because he was not sure about the prices.
But, again no response!!!

This is really unacceptable!!!
