EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ACTION CYCLES

After discovering that the battery pack of a lighting system no longer charges, I returned it to the cycling shop where it was purchased in the hope that it can be fixed.
It is pertinent to mentioned that the system is brand new, in its original box, but purchased more than two years ago from Action Cycles.
Blaine Wilkons of same informed me that the system is non repairable and this particular model, now discontinued. However he assured me that he would discuss the matter with the product's national agents in the hope of finding some resolution.
I received a phone call a few days later informing me that a brand new lighting system of equivalent specification was awaiting my collection at the shop, at no additional cost.
In today's impersonal business landscape, it is delightful to discover and experience such good customer service, and as such, it merits both mention and praise.
