Installation delay

I bought a dstv decoder for r599 on the 10 december and phoned the 0861 number to book an installation. I got told to phone a durban number. I was in my car at the time so I phoned back the next day and got the same response. I phoned the durban number and someone answered and sa8d their lines were busy and would phone me back. I got phoned back 4 hours later but they insisted that they required a sim serial number and we were not at home. I asked them to phone me back in 15 minutes and drove home... I still havent been phoned back. The next day I registered online and got a response saying I was registered. After no response for a week I phoned the 0861 number again. I was told there was no record and reregistered. I complained to a manager at head office 5 days ago. I got a sms with my installer 5 days ago. I phoned the installer 2 days ago and was told maybe today or tomorrow. Well today is now over and I have not heard from the installer and he did not respond to lessages. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I expect it resolved immediately. 18 days is an unacceptable delay.
