No after sales service!!

I had my Jacuzzi installed on the 13 Nov 2012. On the 9 Feb 2013, my jacuzzi stopped working. The On button would not work. I called and spoke to Francois on the 11Feb and he said technicians were in the area and he would get back to me. He did not. I called him again on the 14 feb, 16 feb, 18 Feb and 21 Feb. I then called the office on the 18 Feb, they asked me to send an email regarding the problem, which I did. Still no response, I called again on the 27 feb, spoke to Dawid the owner. Only then did they call up my email and said they would get back to me, Still no response. Called again on the 5 March, Dawid said he does not handle this and that I should speak to Jill. I called their office and again and was told that Jill was not available. Left my details and to date have not received any response. The crazy thing is, I did read previous Hello peter reports before going with them and brought up after sales service with Francois, to which he assured me I would have no issues. It is now a month later and I have received no response from them. Francios was only to eager to take my calls when placing the order but does not answer calls now!!! Don't know what to do now.
