DECEITFUL-When we join the gym in January we specifically ask the Sales Consultant (Marc) what the cancelation fee is. He informed us it will be 10% of the outstanding fee of the contract. NOW THAT WE WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT THEY ASK US 40%! PATHETIC SERVICE-We sent mails to head office (Trish Tsikada), we sent mails to the Sales Manager (Ryno) and we sent mails to Planet Fitness Centurion (Getrude Tidima) and excuses is all we have been getting! INCOMPETENT-We signed up for a Black tag membership. Four months later we receive a message saying that our account is in arrears. Not understanding what is going on because we signed a debit order and they have been deducting money from my account every month. During the confusion they deducted money from my account on the 28th (when I specifically said that the debit order must be on the 1st). We settled the account in cash also asking Getrude Tidima if she is sure that the money will not be deducted again. She assured us it won't. Today they tried to deduct it again. All I want to do is pay my 10% cancelation fee of the outstanding amount and get rid of Planet Fitness and all their incompetents, deceit and service!!
