Where do I begging? Three years later and once again apart from everything else planet doesn't surprise me, According to the contract i've signed they will debit me on the first of every month which they've always done however this changed without any notice and my account was debited before the first i had brought it to they attention on several occasions but I'm still waiting for feed back i had spoken to management at the club and call centre went and got bank statements twice which i had to pay for and this still isn't resolved 5 months later and I'm still waiting i must say I've had enough, I did not even get the black tag services which i paid for already my black tag membership has already ended a month now, When will the pathetic service change they quick to debit but not as quick to give you the service you pay for I'm disgusted
