I purchased a Trojan Powerstation 610 from Makro Woodmead on the 18 August 2013. I was told that i will have to phone M5 Sports Group and arrange installation with them. I did this on the 19 August and I was told that they do not do installations/work on weekends. I received an sms from them on the 20 Aug saying that a technician will be in the area on 22 Aug and they will contact me an hour before to arrange the time. I phoned them to say that this date was not convenient for me and i would like their latest appointment of 15H30 on either the 21st or 23 August. The lady that i spoke to told me that she will speak to her manager but this time was a bit difficult since their vans needed to be in their yard at 17H00. I was later phoned by Ayanda and told that they will not be able to accommodate me at 15H30 on any day and can't they do the installation in the mornings. I told him that both my wife and i are working and are not available in the mornings. I feel that this is poor customer service. Once the products are bought we have to fit into whatever schedule is convenient for M5. If i cannot be accommodated i will be returning the product to Makro.
