Cannot keep promises or repairs on time

M5 Sports Group poorest service delivery experienced from a service provider.
Spoke to the manager on Friday, whom promised repairs to be done today (Monday), waited all day and not even a courtesy call to inform us that they will not make it today. Pathetic.
I would of understood if they at least called to explain a delay, but unfortunately realized they are not that professional.

I will never buy Trojan again, unreliable and poor service support here in SA.

Please let me know if anyone knows other Trojan Service Providers in SA who can work under Trojan warranty.
