Lack of service following purchase of Trojan 360

I bought a Trojan 360 multistation about 18 months ago at the new MAKRO.
From day one the machine did not function properly. I contacted Trojan with feedback
and they sent a technician to look at it. He claims he fixed the machine however it remained
faulty.
I have been in touch with a lady named Fatima at the Cape Town branch and Jan at the head office in Johannesburg on an ongoing basis and still no positive results.
The machine continues to be a problem.
Where is the customer service and follow through for fixing it up.
