The worst experience - totally unexcepitable

I signed up a contract in august 2012, & i was told that the membership needed to be paid before the it would active, offered to pay with my debit card & i was total my medical aid would sort it out. When to the gym once&everything was fine, the next time i went i was told my account has been suspended due to no membership fee paid, i offered again&they said they would sorted it out, nothing happened so i requested a cancellation of contract in writing and told them i was unhappy with the service, no money was taken off my account from August until December so you i joined another gym and thought everything was good&all of a sudden in January PF started deduction money from my account out of the blue 5 months after i first went there. I have been trying to stop debit orders&i have spoken to the management since march this year and they promise to send me information and everything, nothing, i have requested statements and copy of contract, i called them a week ago saying that i wanted my money back if full as i never activated the membership&it took them 5 months before deducting money, still no response
i have never had such bad service in my life, unacceptable, service is golden
