STILL TRYING TO RESOLVE MY ACCOUNT!!!

In August 2012 I joined Planet Fitness Durbanville.
For the first 2 months the bills were debited perfectly. Then I noticed that money was not coming off my account for my monthly membership fee.
When I realised this, I went to ask what was going on. They told me that my membership has been suspended because my account was in the arrears.
They promised that they would sort it out, 4 months later I had to pay a lump sum of R1900 cash for months in arrears, which was well above the amount I would have owed them. They kept back R291 for commission without telling me. Because of this, the debit order was not re-instated and I now owe them R2600 odd. I have been to and back trying to sort this out. I spoke to Mpo at Head Office who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I have previously posted about PF and they offered me a 50% discount in an Email, when I replied to the Email I got no reply - This was over a month ago! I have been trying to cancel my membership since June, yet it has been renewed since then without my permission!! This is a disgusting level of service. i will tell everyone I meet about this shoddy institution and why they should never join PF.
