Tired of paying for their mistakes and neglect

In August 2012 i joined Planet Fitness Durbanville.
For the first 2 months the bills came off my account perfectly. Then i noticed that money was not coming off my account for my monthy membership fee.

When i realised this, I went through to ask what was going on. They told me that my membership has been suspended because my account was in the arrears.
They said they would sort it out. 4 months later i had to pay a lump sum of R1900 cash for months in arrears, which was well above the amount i would have owed them.

NOW! the same thing is happening. They do not bother to inform me of what is going on. They dont take the money off of my account and then they want to hand me over to the debt collectors. The only reason that they know about my account being in the arrears is because i brought it to their attention in the first place.

After going in to find out what has happened several times, the manager has STILL not gotten back to me.. i have been chasing this for about 3 months now, with no resolve. Today i was told i owe them R2466!

This is absolutely ridiculous and infact it is disgusting. i will never support Planet Fitness again! A bunch of cons!
