Debit more than contract, NO FEEDBACK

I have been emailing Planet Fitness for feedback: They have increased my debit order without my consent, they took FIVE MONTHS to get my tag to work, it was so unpleasant explaining the story every time I went to work out, I didn't want to go Now I need to cancel my contract - have been emailing, forwarding the same email to MANAGEMENT even, not even the courtesy to RESPOND. I have been IN to SEE them. Suddenly that person is not available right then. After 2 months of making it very clear that I want my contract cancelled, they tell me TODAY (when it's too late to stop the debit of course, how convenient). No feedback, total breach of contract on their part, I sent them bits of the CPA which CLEARLY reminds them of my rights, they just IGNORED that and had the nerve to charge me nearly a R1000 to cancel my contract! I had 2 conditions that I would sign up; 1 being that if I needed to cancel, would there be problems or fees. They quoted the CPA to ME, told me not at all! They charged me for a FREE month they promised me. They increased my gym fee (this is!), their admin has NO CLUE what they are doing and they give absolutely NO FEEDBACKI!! What they are doing is ILLEGAL!!!
