Hi
My name is Lizanne Heyns and have received very poor service from PlanetFitness Plattekloof branch. I have a account with a black tag which me and my hubby paid the amount that was outstanding on the contract document we signed. After 3 months debit orders is still being deducted from my account and this query i have taken up with the branch but no-one comes back when they make promises.
Ruth front desk consultant is escalating this billing account for 2 months now already. I was there again today, but it was told Mandy isnt there. i have to take it up with here.
Mandy is the accounts manager is never around/ available and also doesnt come back to us.
All i want is someone with knowledge to my account to contact me back and advise me what is going on.
Till now i've been patient, but is now slow getting irate...
