Transfer of membership between branches

I made a request to transfer my Planet Fitness membership from the Wanderers to Craighall Park branch. After filling out documentation and paying, I was assured that my membership chip would be activated after maximum 1 week. It has now been 1 and a half months and still nothing has happened, I have spoken to countless consultants and still nothing has happened. In the meantime I am also losing any benefits that accrue from attending gym such as points and fee reductions. This has been terrible service as I continue to get redirected to someone else.
