I am currently looking to start a new membership at a gym with decent equipment and at the very least, friendly service. Needless to say I expect the up most respect and service while trying to join the GYM. As I arrive there I am greeted by an arrogant desk jockey, by the name of Megan who tells me that will be R150, because of people like me abusing the privilege. (I wonder what she meant by people like me?) I try to explain to her that I WILL be joining the gym, if I like the facilities and find it unfair to have to pay a R150, as the GYM closes in 30 mins, and if they had common sense they could just deduct it from my membership fees. At this point I am frustrated and ready to leave, but first decide to speak to the MOD, who I believe is Simon, expecting him to have some business sense, Simon pretty much tells me that its OK for them to lose a Client over R150, I am with my brother who is a paying member and he is trying to explain that he wants to bring me as a guest, to no avail. Absolute sickening, please rectify this problem, as your mission is to bring positive change to peoples lives, after all. I am still a potential client looking to join a gym.
