CLASS INSTRUCTOR

I joined Zone fitness after cancelling my Virgin membership due to it being too expensive.
I prefer doing group class workouts.
I have NEVER in my 30 years of doing classes experienced anything like Zone's classes.
Firstly the instructor does not do any warming up, he just goes straight into 40 minutes of knee raises on a step, totally unacceptable. Then to add to this, during the class he starts praying and ends the class 5 minutes before the time to pray.
He has one CD that plays over and over again.
After one week I complained to management and asked if I could cancel my contract, which of course she said I could not and that she will look into the matter because she has had plenty of complaints, to which I replied, well why don't you do something about it and she said the instructor does not listen to her.
I would really like to know if this instructor has a Fitness Instructors Diploma, which is compulsory if you do any fitness training as an instructor.
I will do anything to cancel my membership as I have not been back, I hate it there!!!
