Deduction from my bank accout

I had a 2 year contract with Zone Fitness of which it ended this 22 July2013, i received an sms which told me my initial term of the contract will end, of which i was fine with it as i was not using the gym membership any way and i have stopped working, they stopped deducting for 2months then all of sudden they started deducting again in September and October i have called in to tell the people to cancel the contract as my term has ended but i am told that i need to come by myself to cancel the contract but i told the person that i wont be able to come in as the gym is out of my way and i do not have funds to come to the gym. I request that you stop debit/deducting the R165 from my account and please cancel the membership, as currently i am not working.
