Contract Cancellation - False Advertisement

I recently joined Zone Fitness with the False Promise of a Fitness Trainer to assist me. I trained at the GYM for two weeks with no assistance and I told the branch that this is not what i signed for. I even injured my leg during one of the sessions at the gym. i asked for assistance but that seemed like I had asked for a miracle. I'm trying to cancel the contract but the gym is holding me against my will because I signed a 12 month contract. How do i get myself out of this Knot??? I am forced to pay for a service I don't use because id I don't I will be handed blacklisted.

Somebody help, I need to cancel this service and use my money for a better service.
