On 10 May I reported here with a complaint on paying for 2memberships instead of 1 after a transfer and receiving no help from any management no matter how many emails, phone calls or visits that were paid and to top it off my tag did not even activate. On the 13 May I received an email from Trish Tsikada, a customer care agent, requesting Documentation etc. I replied on the same day with all documentation and requested a refund as well as an immediate cancellation of my contract. No response after that? And surprise surprise I got a message today to say my gym fees are in arrears (because I stopped their debit orders). I am lost for words- must I really go as far as a court? All I want now is refund and cancellation of contract- simple. This is my last warning before action- I am furious. Treat all your clients this way and I guarantee that the insincerity and disloyalty will be returned slowly but surely. Its the best way to ruin a multi-million Rand company and drive it to go under. I am hoping for quick response and action or I am forced to serve serious consequences. Ive simply had enough- You call this service??
