Contract Cancellation fiasco

On the 30 Oct 2013 i signed a contract with PlanetFitness witbank and on the 04Nov2013 i filled the cancellation forms and on the 06Nov 2013 a call was logged by Nomvuyo, Ref: 28695. I was billed twice beginning of December, i enquired at the branch nothing was done.
I emailed customer care on the 06Dec about the quiry, still there was no response until i recieved an sms (19Dec) telling me my account is in arrears, i called witbank branch and they asked me to email them the call log sheet and i did that, before the end of business (19 Dec) i got an email response from Mpho Ramokopelwa telling me that they are waiting for admin department to action cancellation.

Since from the 19Dec upto today 28Dec, when i was billed again.
So planetFitness doesnt communicate on the process of the cancellation at all until i make means to contact them, its the 2nd month now even though the contract was supposed to be cancelled 30days from November. So what is PlanetFitness really all about, is it concerned about people's Fitness and health or its simply a Money Making scheme?
