Transfer to from Roodepoort Club To Rivonia Clu

I am absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the staff at Rivonia Planet Fitness, I called Rivonia Planet Fitness 2 months ago and spoke to Kolofelo to enquire about a transfer of my memebership from Roodepoort to Rivonia and she advised there is a transfer fee of R400 and the process takes 3 days if I do it through Rivonia and 3days if done through my club (Roodepoort) 48hrs, fair enough.

This information helped in my decision to move from Roodepoort to Midrand and I decided I will transfer my memembership to Rivonia and not centurion even though Centurion is closer so that I convince a friend who works in the area to join me and we both train at the Rivonia Club

Monday I went to Roodepoort as advised and I was requested to send an e-mail requesting transfer docs, did that the following morning and response was go to Rivonia, went to Rivonia the following day and advised the Club Admin is closed (Nthabi) I must come the following day, which I did yesterday and payed the transfer fee. This morning I receive a call from Maggie who was very polite and sweet but she informed me my memebership will now increase by R100...

Why wasnt I informed in the beginning???
