COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT SERVICE RECEIVED

I am appalled at the incompetency of the staff at Planet fitness!
I recently took over someone's gym contract (provincial contract) &because the individual had originally taken out the contract in Roodepoort I drove all the way there so that we could fill in the necessary transfer documents.
We did so, with a planetfitness employee (original document is in their contract book-I have a carbon copy). He assured us we completed all the necessary documents AND I paid the prescribed transfer fee of R850.He further indicated that my details would be uploaded by the next day, 20 May.

It has now been 2week &my details still do not appear on the system. Everytime the branch I gym @ (Rivonia) contacts the roodepoort branch they come up with some excuse &say they cant find my documents &want me to drive all the way back there. We've since sent through copies of all the documents &it's still not resolved. I'm sick & tired of carrying a piece of paper to gym without them issuing my gym chip to me. I am a paying customer & I refuse to drive all the way back to roodepoort due to the staff there being lazy/incapable of doing their jobs, & demand this be sorted out timeously as I will not stand for this
