Cancellation not done!! Terrible Service!

I went to my local PF club in October and asked to cancel my contract as I moved to another city. They informed me that my membership would expire end of November and that I could cancel by phoning Discovery Vitality and cancelling with them. Now, I am being billed the FULL R455, where through Discovery I only paid R89 per month. Ridiculous!!! I went back to my club (Rivonia MegaClub) and they advised to send a mail through to [Email Removed] to cancel my membership as I am fully entitled to do so, as my contract has been switched over to a month-to-month contract. Now Vitality tells me, PLANET FITNESS deducted money for NON-PAYMENT! For sake! I sent FOUR emails, no response!!! I have tried phoning 0860752638, 0861469463 and 0113271808, but I just get put through to Billing and the phone keeps ringing. I am really fed up with this!! I wish I had typed "Planet Fitness complaints" into Google before joining with them, as there are tons of complaints.. Now, I am still trying to cancel my contract, but get no response??? What the Planet Fitness! Please could I at least just get someone to speak to... PLEASE DO NOT JOIN WITH PLANET FITNESS!!! Eve
