Cant get anyone to correct my account billing

Planet Fitness is currently billing me more than what they stated in a letter sent to me dated 7 November 2012.

The letter stated R219/month but they have been billing me R241. And now recently it has increased to about R349 which I cant confirm the exact amount because I haven't received any invoices or statements in a few months and just saw it on their system when I was at the gym.

I first went to Planet Fitness Fourways in March 2013 to try settle the issue. They told me I had to go to Rivonia because that is my home club.
I contacted Rivonia and after speaking to the manager Garth and sending him an email also in March 2013, nothing was resolved.
Only recently have I started going to gym again and having to explain the situation everytime at the entrance.
I have spoken to Maggie, Kholofelo and I think it was Thabang at Rivonia with no resolution.
I have tried to speak to someone at headoffice but the phone either just rings or the person who can apparently help is in a meeting.

All i want is for Planet Fitness to charge me the correct amount so I can pay them and carry on gymming without hassles.
Please can someone help me?
