Terrible service, non existant admin

I wonder why I even bother but I guess my reporting of this issue will let the world see how poor the service at planet fitness rivonia
This is the 2nd time I report on this: i wrote 2 weeks ago about the fact that I have been trying to update my banking details, and I got a call from the club manager telling me how he was going to address this :
Guess what? i just had the unpleasant surprise to see that the debit order went to my old bank account which had no funds in it...
Attn: whoever reads this: I am closing my old bank account so tough if you continue to send the debit order there
The service is really disgusting. It's bad enough that the Rivonia club is in a poor state: aircon not working every second day, roof leaking etc, but they still find the way to upset members with bad service
just shocking.
