Access tag not working at Rivonia

I am a Planet Fitness member of 5 years and originally signed up at Fourways Mega Club. About 2 years back I changed to National membership as I work in Rivonia and this made sense as the Rivonia Club is nearby. Great gyms (both of them). About 2 months back I believe a computer system upgrade took place at the clubs. And for these 2 months, my tag has not been working at Rivonia. At first, not an issue, I just sign the admission book. I kept getting told that my tag will work again 'shortly'. But still no luck. Last week I went to Fourways, they took my photo again and told me the two clubs would be linked again the following week. And still nothing. Now I'm tired of the staff at Rivonia always checking their systems and asking me questions such as "are you sure you signed up at Fourways? " and (today), "do you have any other names? ". Really? Come on guys, please get the 2 clubs talking to each other. All I wanna do is gym.
