Fake gym contract ()

I just received a call from a collections company that I have to pay my overdue account with Bodylab (whom I have never visited or signed a contract with. I than requested for a copy the contract and received this via email without a copy of my ID, a incorrect signature, banking details, work address, and hand writing. I opened a case with the Germiston police and they have not done anything and just recently found out that these blacklisted me. I would never ever gym in Germiston, I have no business there and nothing appealing to draw me to that specific gym, passing so many decent places, to there!!! not my taste. what do i do now.

I was first adviced about this in 2011 March, and I'm still battling with these people up and down. in the intrum I'm blacklisted and not able to buy a house
