Ilegal Collection

I have been contacted by Nimbles Collection allegedly collecting a vodacom account. Everytime they call I tell them I habe no knowledge of the account they are talking about and requested them to send me a copy of the contract they are purpotedly collecting. The alleged account was opened in 2009 October. From November last year to date they have failed to produce the said contract. Instead they gave me some funny looking schedule which has my details incorrect and said if I want a copy of the contract I must provide an affidavit plus six signature samples. Surely this can't be legal, you can't be collecting a debt from someone when you don't have proof of indebtedness, this is illegal. why must I give six sample sigantures-this sounds like a fishing expidition and is unethical.
