Not even a month into my new planet fitness contract I find out about momentum multiply and the benefits thereof, I find myself asking the consultant why he failed to mention this and how we correct this efficiently? Before this even gets resolved the consultant resigns and I am left having to explain myself to the manager who then tells me the consultant was not obligated to inform me about the product, fair enough. Resolving my issues however results in me forfeiting the joining fee I have already paid and I must still pay a new joining fee which to me seems like extortion and cancelation is even worse. I would just like to mention how unpleasant my experience with this gym has been and I hope a more acceptable explanation be told to me as this is unacceptable
