TOLD A TO GET THE SALE!

I have made a complaint about this before only to come back after months of Planet Fitness saying its been resolved to find a debt collector is harassing my boyfriend for a payment that we weren't even told about when signing the contract!!! Jay, a gentleman that no longer works there sold us a contract without telling us of an initial joining fee of about R2000 and made us believe it was part of the entire joining package, only to land up falling into a money making scheme so that he can get the deal! When filling out the info on the contract he said everything he just told us was as is on the contract like the verbal agreement we had made and now your company comes with this? What kind of people do you hire and what kind of business do you run to sell a client one thing verbally and put something different on the contract! This is misleading and shows how planet fitness will do anything to get their sales! A full on money making scheme! Since your reply that the situation would be sorted in January, we get stuck into this now! How is this going to be sorted this time around as I find it pathetic that once again you tell a client its going to be fixed, only to find its worse!
