Stop taking monies from me without authorisation

It all started when they started debiting my bank account for an agreement contract that my daughter never had with them We realised in December that they have been deducting monies for at least six months. Numerous VERBAL and WRITTEN communications later and the contracts that my family and I have been trying to cancel due to poor administration on their side, monies CONTINUE to be taken from my bank account, even though I have explicitly threatened to open a case of as they have everything n writing and no authority to debit. They even bypass stop orders by deducting monies on different dates monthly. No one even has the decency to return your calls or e-mails and when you do follow up you get the same excuse being" We're waiting on Head office. I just followed up again now and my call was disconnected whilst being transferred, I phone back immediately and lo and behold, she can't talk to me now. I am at my wits end and regrets ever having done business with them. As at today I have still not even received a shred of confirmation of whether my contracts have even been cancelled and guess they're "WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM Head office"
