Deducting monies from my account

I was contacted by elite mobile and was offered a contract. When I received handset I realized it was not what was described to me and I returned handset. Now they keep on deducting monies from my account even after I mailed them not to. They keep on promising to stop but do not, Agents from their side phone me to say things have been set right and that I will be reimbursed but to no avail.
