Re-fund on Unauthorised Debit Orders

African Bank has been debiting my account for years for accounts i don't have with them. I have written all sorts of letters and submitted everything they have asked me to. Instead i've been given emails and reference numbers that don't seem to help anyway. I just want my monies refunded into my account.

What i discovered is that my sister had/ has a credit card and a loan with African bank and somehow decided to debit me on my account. When ever i call I'm told about my sister's accounts but this has nothing to do with me. Our banks are different and so are our ID numbers. I'm trying to buy a house and this does not look good on my account. I've had to put stop orders and reverse most of the debit orders but this cant go on any longer. I have been struggling with this since 15th December 2011 after the first monies were deducted.

For the hundredth time please refund monies deducted from my account and cancel all future debit orders from my account.
