Saya Recoveries
UNAUTHORISED ACCESS OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

Last year (2012) I contacted the Planet Fitness and specifically indicated that I want to cancel my contract within few days of signing. I sent numerous emails to different people that I kept being referred to inclusive of the Rivonia Manager. At one point one of the ladies that answered the phone informed me that there will be a settlement amount and I will be contacted. This never happened. As my money continued being by Planet Fitness, I eventually went inside my bank and applied to stop their debit orders. However, they managed to bypass this by changing amounts and deducting two to four times a month monies from my account.
I eventually managed to stop the debit order until a year later (November 2013) when the commenced. I sent message through HelloPeter last month and I received feedback to contact the debt collectors or a loan company called SAYA Recoveries as was informed that they use them to the money. On few attempts to contact this SAYA Recoveries, I was informed to leave my contact details. To date no one contacted me.
The past few days I have had various amount being deducted by SAYA Recoveries and their business partner, Planet Fitness.
