I completed documents to join Glenvista fitness centre. Going through all the details irequested feedback from the salesman at left the uncompleted documents with him. He then never gave me satisfactory feedback and i decided not to join the gym. Several months later i relised that the Gym has a debit order from my bank going of monthly. i started quering this and requested signed documnets from Jackie at the gym. she was verry arrogant and when at last i got hold of the documents i saw that me signature was fraudelently signed on the agreement. the only response i received from Jackie was that she is sorry about this and wil take the necessary action to the salesman. to date i paid gym fees for 7 months and the gym is not prepred to refund me.
