Please readers help, i am in big trouble because of my signature. I requested Planet fitness to terminate my contract since i was going back to Bodylab gym that i still have 1year 3 months to be attended out of the fully paid 3 year contract with them. Response to my request was that i had to pay a termination fee that i calculated and was unable to pay due to financial barriers. I was left with no option than to stop the debt from my account since i was not going to be able to attend the gym. Since December 2012 i did not use the planet fitness services and i was being billed.
When i asked the debt collectors agent what am i suppose to pay for, i was told that i must pay for my signature i put on the contract form.
Though i regret signing a death contract, readers and perhaps donors, around and abroad i am asking for help because i cannot afford the amount to be paid and i was promised severe legal action against me.
