I am disappointed by the service I got from this collections agent, I sent an email and she didn't respond, I don't care if the request I sent to her, has nothing to do with her role but you refer a client (even if its a owing client)
to the relevant department. what happened to client service? Or does an organisation like VIRGIN ACTIVE not care for its clients? I sent Nolusindo an email response to her email on the 09/04/2013 at 09:31AM and to this date she has not responded, I followed up and she did not even care to acknowledge receipt of my mail.
