I bought an Defy washing machine and its almost three years and Ive been experiencing some default the 1st time it occurs they came and fix i thought that it wont happen i again but now its worse, i must now report the blustered machine within three months time and now its worse because even if i report they take time to fix i must fight first and on my last phone conversation i had with the person that we report to by the name of Thabiso he replied badly with an attitude after i told him that I'm sick and tired of not getting a good services and i will personally bring machine i want the new one because the current surely shows that there's a default and he said its fine even i bring the machine the Defy expect will fix the machine inside the shop after hearing him say that i angrily hanged up the phone, the thing that worries me now is that i fully paid them including the insurance but i don't understand why are they not giving me the new machine. i plea to the management to get back to me as soon as possible because its almost three weeks now reported the machine but no justice has been done and i don't see myself calling Thabiso to report after the he responded to me.
