Poor administration

Bought Kelvinator washing machine in 2011 and returned it in 1 year for an exchange for a Defy washing machine. Sheriff of the court came months later to pick up a Kelvinator machine cause account in arrears. I Don't have this macine but a Defy machine which are paid. After numerous complaints still no feedback. I have now two accounts and due to their incompetence my credit profile has been negativel impacted..
