Once the deal is sign, nothing

I purchased a bed at your Mitchells Plain branch on 23 March 2013. I opted to have the bed scotch guarded and paid R495 to have this done. Upon delivery of the bed we were informed it was not done. I contacted Gairu to enquire about this and the answer I got was "we first want to see if you happy with the bed". She would have arranged to have this done within the following week. After more than a week has passed I followed up. Gairu informed me she's following up on this and will get back to me. To date I have not heard anything from her. The first debit order was deducted and yet I haven't received what i signed & paid for. I was harassed to have the sale completed and now that is done, i'm forgotten about. I was skeptical of purchasing something at Bears because of reputation but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.? I dont care if the company responsible for this is outsourced, I paid for a service and expect nothing less than what I paid for. In this instance it hasnt happened. I would appreciate to have those funds refunded to my bank account ASAP or the bed will be delivered back to your store and all I will buy a bed somewhere else.
