Late Delivery

I dont understand how bears midrand operates, when l buy something on credit l expect it to be delivered on time as interest charges are incurred from date of signing contract. it is unacceptable that its going for the third week with no delivery of the bed purchased and when you ask bears midrand when delivery will take place, they simply say they dont know & refuse to give me a number where l can get more details about the delivery. in this regard l have instructed them to cancel my contract & must 4get about the delivery. I will continue to disregard not only bears midrand, but bears as a brand about the lack of customer service by its representatives
