SERVICE A JOKE FOR LONG TIME CLIENT

I made an agreement with a call centre consultant to debit my account on the 27/11/2013 as i had a outstanding amount on my account and agreed that the normal instalment can go off and if there is enough funds i will pay in more to get the arrears up to date. I then went to a external company to make a personal loan which was paid to me yesterday, once the money was paid in bears immediately to a debit, without my authorisation, i went to the bank to reverse the debit which was done and bears just took the money again. I spoke to a consultant that said on recording that if i go and reverse the money again at the bank it will be in my account, the a gentleman sam came on line and said no it will not be like that and that bears will debit my account regardless what. Know my statement is... How can bears treat a long customer of them who for the last 10 years paid the account and now has financial difficulties treat a person like this, I CAN SAY THIS ONCE THE ACCOUNT IS PAID I WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP IN TO A BEARS STORE BEACAUSE THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER THIER CLIENTS!!!
