Deducted money after account paid up

In Feb this year i paid up my account Nawaal at Promenade branch confirmed that it was paid up. she also confirmed that the account has been closed and that there was about R20 in credit. However this month another debit order payment was deducted from my bank account.

i have been in the store and made several calls to try and get my money back. Nawaal has made several promises and not called me back and eventually tried to tell me that she cannot do anything but that the bank will liaise with me by the end of this week. This is not acceptable. I need my money. i have a 1 year old baby whoes wealth depend on that money. i cannot wait a day longer, can a directore or senior manager of Beares please contact me today 0718984585 to tell me what their plans are for me to receive my money back TODAY.
