Product incorrectly packaged and bad attitude

I received a very bad attitude from this woman when I retured a Virgin hair fertiliser. the reason I returned it is because it was a completely different product inside and not the Virgin hair fertiliser. I was being polite by taking it back to the store as I was supposed to take it to relevant platforms. Asnath was so rude, called all her colleagues to come and the guy next to him laughed, the other lady with a freehand conrow also laughed and they told me the company is not stupid to put a wrong content inside. meaning I am the stupid one who does not know the product I have used for years. Eventually this woman with a conrow kept on smelling it and agreed that, yes the company put an MPL oil instead of Virgin Fertiliser. I received no apology after that.

The manager in that store is a very nice woman, willing to assist but I still think she is too nice to discipline her staff as they lack big time in respect and service. They never greet at the tellers, never at the floors and never willing to assist. They carry on like its their backyards not work. That virgin fertiliser was never credited on my account up to this day.
